GYM Guest Privileges

All guests must complete a one time guest registration on the club kiosk with identification:

• Guest must present ID at each visit

• Guests must be 18 or older.

• Member must be present upon guest entering facility.

• Guest has use of regular club amenities. Access does not include use of Kid’s Club, HydroMassage or other fee-based programs.

• All guests must abide by the Axiom policies set forth in membership agreements.
